Q. What happened to the old message board?

A. Our service provider, BeSeen, discontinued their free message boards to Web sites.

Q. What happened to the messages already posted to the board?

A. All messages on the old board have been deleted from the server. We saved all the messages on the board and plan to repost some of them in the archives section and a few back to the main discussion area.

Q. How many people used the old message board?

A. Unfortunately, BeSeen did not maintain usage statistics for our message board. Around 75 messages were posted to the board from October, 2000, to August, 2002.

Q. How does the new board differ from the old message board?

A. While anyone can view the messages, only registered members can post messages. This means that spammers and abusers will not be able to take over our forum.

Q. Is it hard to register?

A. No. An e-mail to the forum moderator with a valid return e-mail address and your desired nickname is all it takes. The moderator will send you back a user i.d. that only you and he knows, and you can post your messages.

Q. Suppose I want to post a messsage anonymously?

A. Posts will show only the nickname you choose. Your e-mail address and other information provided in the registration process will not be posted with your message.
